Dammit!
So I went home yesterday afternoon with an upset stomach (felt like someone was/is punching me in the stomach/abdomen). I took a couple of gravols and passed out.
I woke up this morning and the pain is still there so I went to the doctor's. She thinks that my appendix is inflamed, so this afternoon I have to go for an ultrasound.
If everything goes the way I think it is, it looks like I may have to get my appendix removed shortly. Nice eh?!? So I guess I wasn't just dreaming all that pain I was in yesterday huh?!?
I actually think a little time off work would do me some good. And it couldn't hurt to lose some weight from the surgery either. Maybe this is a good thing!! Maybe I should be hopeful that my appendix has to come out. I'd get to be off for about a week with nothing to do but catch up on movies I haven't seen yet!
Anywho, I'll update after my appointment and see how it goes. (crosses her fingers for bad news)
