-What was the first song you ever heard by 6?
Smashing Pumpkins. "1979" played pretty frequently on the radio back in the late 90s when I still listened to the radio. Let's go with that one.

-What is your favorite album by 2?
Rage. An evil question, but one to be answered. It's definitely their self-titled debut, Rage Against the Machine

-What is your favorite lyric that 1 has sung?
Local H. Scott Lucas is a real down to earth lyricist, but still knows how to deliver a wealth of awesomeness. I'm going out on a limb and saying 4 out of 5 of their songs have excellent lyrics. All time favorite though, I would have to go with the entirety of "Sports Bar"

"Drink it up, I'm pissed off
I'm a hack, you're a smoker's cough
I'd like to fuck, but you're too dumb
Gee, it's great being single and young"

-How many times have you seen 11 live?
Led Zeppelin. Considering they died before I even was thought of, I could safely say never. However, mayhap that dream come true? Come on, guys! Reunion world tour please! Before Jimmy Page dies!

-What is your favorite song by 7?
Nonpoint. "The Truth". And as amazing a song as it is on record, it's that ten-fold on stage. Almost like a completely different song.

-What is a good memory you have involving 20?
Lacuna Coil. Not a lot of memories attached to this band. However, the first thing that comes to mind was the summer of 2005. Their song "Closer" came up on the randomizer of Tim's computer. His brother came in the room and was like "You guys listen to Evanescence?" Tim, Josh, and I berrated him for close to 20 minutes about how Lacuna Coil ultimately trumps Evanescence in every facet. After our barrage of words, he said "Geez! I didn't know!". All three of us at the same time shout "Well now you know!"

-Is there a song by 3 that makes you sad?
311. That's a definite no. 311 seemingly only makes the upbeat, raucous, good-timing songs. The closest thing they came to anything "saddening" was their mediocre cover of the Cure's "Love Song".

-What is your favorite lyric that 14 has sung?
System of a Down. From the tune "Vicinity of Obscenity" comes this poignant verse...

"Banana, banana, banana, banana, terra cotta, banana, terra cotta, terra cotta PIE~!"

Or, and just for Chrizzle, this magical stanza...

"Hide the scars and find a way to shake up
Why'd you leave the keys upon the table? YOU WANTED TO!"

-What is your favorite song by 19?
Guns n' Roses. I could be unoriginal and say "Welcome to the Jungle." But forgoing that notion, I would have to go with "You Could Be Mine". Aside from "Jungle", "You Could Be Mine" is probably their most rocking track they've produced.

-How did you first get into 22?
Pink Floyd. Around 2003, when my musical guru-ism was beginning to unfold, it became apparent in my mind "Hey, if I want to be known as a musical genius, I really need to get into these guys. Or at least know their stuff." My friends burned me The Wall and Dark Side of the Moon. From there, it became evident how foolish I was for just wanting to get into them just to "know them". Granted that once I did, I definitely saw the genius everyone else saw.

-What was the first song you heard by 21?
Rammstein. Summer of 2003. I'm getting a ride home from Ethan. He puts in a CD, and this gushing flow of amazing distorted guitars and loopy sirens started going. I obviously didn't recognize the German vocals, and when I asked about it later, all I could refer it to was from the chorus in which the words "Bang! Bang!" are shouted. That was the birth of my supreme love for Rammstein. The song we listened to was "Feuer Frie!"

-What is your favorite song by 4?
Alice in Chains. What an evil question. Though so many come to mind, the answer is clear. I've made it known that there is no argument, this was the greatest song of the 1990s. "No Excuses." Downright epic.

-What is a good memory you have involving 13?
The White Stripes. My best memory of the Stripes will have to be how I got into them. Like a lot of people, I got into them via their huge hit "Fell in Love With a Girl". I thought they were a decent band, but never thought they'd be anything more than that in my eyes. But when first talking to Elyse, it was one of the first things we clicked on. She prodded me to look into previous Stripes efforts,w hich I did. Best decision ever. New friend and new awesome band to love. How can you go wrong?

-Is there a song by 23 that makes you sad?
Minus the Bear. Negative. MtB is about articulate instrumentation and flirtacious witty lyrics. Not a lot of sadness.

-What is your favorite album of 15?
Queens of the Stone Age. No question it's Songs For the Deaf. Gutsy, dirty, and it features Dave Grohl on drums! Just goes to show you what can be created when two rock geniuses get in a studio at the same time.

-What is your favorite lyric that 9 has sung?
Metallica. Not giving it full thought, but right off the top of my head, it would have to be from "The Outlaw Torn"...

"You make me smash the clock and feel
I'd rather die behind the wheel
Time was never on my side
Don't want to waste my whole lifetime

An outlaw torn

And if I close my mind in fear
Please pry it open
And if my face becomes sincere
Beware
And if I start to come undone
Stitch me together
And if you see me strut
Remind me of
What left this outlaw torn"

-What is your favorite song by 8?
Soundgarden. Evil question, albeit not as evil. "Rusty Cage" gets my Soundgarden thirst quenched notably.

-How many times have you seen 5 live?
Red Hot Chili Peppers. Never, though I am certain to catch them on their next tour. CERTAIN TO, goddammit!

-What is your favorite album by 12?
Audioslave. They put out 3 great albums, but my personal favorite is definitely their self-titled debut. Really a masterpiece of modern rock proportions.

-What is a good memory you have involving 25?
Muse. I don't really have a lot of memories tied to this band. The first thing that comes to mind though was driving through a huge downpour listening to "Butterflies and Hurricanes". The hauntingness yet subtle beauty really seemed to match the setting, and the sound of the rain beating against my car added some realistic flair to it. It was awesome.

-What was the first song you heard by 18?
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. "Love Burns". As suggested by Elyse, and again, she (and this song) is to blame for my immediate enamoring of this band.

-What is your favorite song by 17?
Korn. Truth be told, I really don't know how this band got this high. I haven't listened to Korn at a high amount in years, yet they remain in the top 20. It's weird. But to answer the question, Korn can still ring my bell their omega deviant "Dead Bodies Everywhere".
