(no subject)
Well, it was a great new years. I didn't really do much, but I still had fun. I worked that day, then after work I went to LD & Julie's and me and Curt hung out with them all night. It was nice. A good way to ring in the new year.
I only have one resolution, and that is to be more nice to everyone in general. Even the people I hate. There is goodness in everyone, I just need to be not bitter and find it.
I worked New Year's Day...6 hours at time and a half....I didn't mind one bit. After work I went out to Curt's and hung out with him for a little bit, we really haven't seen much of eachother lately.
A lot is going on in both of our worlds. He's been a the nursing home a lot, because his grandma is about to pass away. So, I'm trying to be there for him, but I don't know how to deal with death. I've been to 4 funerals, and 2 were my great grandma's that I didn't know that well, and one was a cousin who had cerebal palsy so I wasn't close to him, actually I felt good about him passing away, because now he's free, and then Rocky. I cried at Rocky's. I don't know how he is really taking it, because he doesn't tell me things like that.
I am working tonight, go figure, then I'm probably going to go to Curry to see Curt. I finally found a good guy through and through, he's great for me, and he's just a good guy deep down. That's what I needed.
Well...break is almost over. It's kind of sad. O well...less than 90 days of school left before I graduate!!
