dare i say it?

i really love my job.
i have a really good set up. bosses are awesome and more than understanding, coworkers are pretty chill, bonuses are plentiful, taxes are low- and most importantly the work is interesting and i really feel like i make valuable decisions for the company. to do the things i've been doing at age 25, it ain't bad. it ain't bad at all.

and to think, i would have never reached this point if i hadn't stuck it out.
i'm a rash decision maker, always wanting to jump from one city to the next, and to me, jobs were also one year deals in my head.

i stuck it out, and yes i have to admit- for reasons that were not because i told myself i should stick it out. anyway, in the end, i realize how valuable it is to really commit yourself to something until you produce results. as a rule of thumb, its hard to accomplish something really meaningful for the company within a year.

so, moral of the story: stick with it. even when you want to cry yourself to sleep after some really bad work days.
