it will be hard to top 2010.
i know i dont say this much, but i was pretty happy consistently throughout the year. this is saying a lot, considering i whine about pretty much everything.
a few asia trips planned for 2011:
thailand jan 15-18
hk (summertime with jec and bfs. this is a must!)
vietnam (2012? possibly after i quit? when is a good time to visit. bao?)
other than that, i have no interest in any other parts of asia as of now.
conquered a lot of recipes last year, but want to cook/bake something exciting (no more desserts, ever)
-empanadas
-bread! the french variety: baguettes, croissants
-tandoori chicken (do i need like an earthen oven to make this?)
and the question that leaves me baffled as much as anyone else.
when will i leaving korea?
looks like it'll be sometime in summer 2012.
i still want to make new york city work somehow in all this chaos.
dave will most likely be in the east coast if things turn out well for him and grad school.
would be nice to be in close proximity to nyc. i'll be happy with that.
