on friday stuart and i went to the cuyahoga county fair in berea. we saw a beatles cover band, ate soft serve ice cream, and watched a ska band play (they knew who stu was b/c they had gone to see 80HD before hah). to top it off we met the son of ghoul and had our picture taken w/ him, haha. he is kinda like a local celebrity i guess? he has this show on tv on friday nights and when i went to visit stuart at school we would watch it all the time. he told us his show is now on on saturday nights so when stuart goes back to school we'll have to start watching again.

yesterday stuart and i went to see district 9 and then got dinner. the movie was ok...i think it was decent. it really wasn't my kind of movie, but stuart was all about it so we went. i was expecting something different, but the story line turned out to be pretty interesting. there could definitely be a sequel or something for it. to get stuart back i'm definitely going to make him go see new moon w/ me and probably alice in wonderland hahhhhh.

...and to finish this post off an update on my weight loss! i have lost a total of 22 lbs. to date. my goal is to lose about 15 more lbs. my mid-nov. or early dec. at the latest. i am now trying to incorporate some strength training in my exercise routine. i'm starting slow and only doing a little bit each day, but i know it will add up over time.
