i just had a long phone conversation with steph, which has made me really excited for wes fest and for wesleyan in general. rachel, we should talk again- i'd be cool with going up either thurs night or friday...
in other news, i got to meet john kerry today! representatives from the girls and boys indoor track teams and the boys bball team got to go to get recognized for being state champs. kerry came and talked to us, then took pictures with each team. he was very friendly and funny and charismatic, and made plenty of good natured jokes about not being president. i like him a lot.
then i met up with rayfo in harvard square. i bought some more underwear that i don't need, and a shirt of sale at urban outfitters. we spent a long time looking for a place to get smoothies, and ended up getting some at "the wrap". we sat in the sun and listened to a jazz band while drinking our smoothies. it was very pleasant.
