penny for the...erm...Nelson?
went to Lewes (little town a couple of miles away from Brighton) for fireworks last night... twas the scarriest thing... it's like this local festival thing where loads of people parade around in silly costumes holding sticks with balls of fire on the end and then they set off canons in the street (without the actual ball thing... could be dangerous!) and these banger things which are so loud! then you go to one of like a million firework displays where there's a huge bonfire... random men dressed up as the pope who everyone throws more banger things at and then a gigantic inflatable nelson was blown up... man people around here are weird!!
