I started working out with my old roommate, Keith. He recently won 2nd place in a bodybuilding contest. That should tell you his mentality when it comes to muscle building.
Today, to start off, we did the upper body: the chest, arms, and shoulders. I don't even remember all the things we did, but at different points in the workout, I could barely move my arms because they were so tensed up. It felt good!
I know I will be sore like crazy tomorrow, but oh well. I'm going to build my fitness and muscle levels up this summer so I can be healthy like I was in high school!
I weighed in at 156.1 pounds today. We'll see how this weight fluctuates and changes.
