I wonder if we mightn't play along with this Rose situation, to a certain extent. At least as far as to be understanding, perhaps he'll allow us to observe the situation?
It might have taken two hundred other people for her to do the damage in the first place, but I certainly don't trust her not to take advantage of the situation, particularly in light that she doesn't have a warden.
I suppose it is fortunate that this flood has happened so soon in her tenure here, because she has little more than introduced herself to people here, but I imagine that vigilance, rather than condemnation, might be the better course of action.
