Hakuro really isn't coping, and the results for Amestrian citizens are nasty. D: Team Mustang have their work cut out for them! And yes, one of the things I really enjoy writing about this scenario is how hard it pushes Roy and co to be determined in the face of terrible odds. It's a good look on them! \o/
