Beautiful as always! The subtle touches of pink in their skin...! Love it!

...as I have a weakness for gradients, I have to say I really love the background too. ^^;

Thank you! I like to put a bit of blush in. Sometimes I overdo it, I think, but this is a cold night out so they'd be a little pink in the extremities, I thought I could indulge a bit!

The background is actually a total fudge - I was really short on time so I grabbed a couple of different grungy backgrounds off the interwebs, blended them and played with the shading and lighting. Then added snow. XD

I've noticed it in some of your art before. I like it. And I was just out in the cold-for-a-Southern-California-afternoon sort of cold, so that kind of effect of the weather seems right to me.

Ha ha, well, it did its job! I think all those things came together nicely.

It's been -2° celsius (below freezing!) here in London today, hence the inspiration!

It's about the same here in Minnesota-- which means it's kind of nice weather for us! and we have about four inches on the ground-- so yes, I agree that the pic matches the season nicely. :D

I really like the clean lines and coloring.
