[The camera flickers on just as a glass aquarium topples from its position on the shelf with a resounding crash. Water surges from the site of impact, drowning the day-old flower petals strewn across the floor.]
What manner of world tears family from family?
[A bark of unstable laughter, and suddenly, a pair of mismatched eyes stare into the

Something tells him he should be hanging up now, because no amount of information is likely to be worth talking to Vincent while he's like this, but... Dominic's just frozen.]

Like a pair of broken scissors.]
Sir Dominic, I really am tired of seeing your face.

He's silent for a few moments, trying to think over this in a more calm manner, now that he's not quite as nervous. Vincent's clearly not in his right mind at the moment (if he ever really is). This can lead to either two things: One, that he's not tricky with his words as usual or two, that he ends up carrying out his threats.
Maybe it's time to take a risk?]
... Your brother's gone?
[He's put up with you each time, Vincent. It's only fair that you do the same, wouldn't you say?]

Aren't you clever, Sir Dominic. And you must be here to laugh at the spectacle.
That must be it. You, of all people, would find loss the funniest thing of all.

[His eyes are...cold, to say the least. He's not one to talk on obsession with brothers but, dude.]

Or should we say world? Ahaha, isn't this a lovely coincidence. Word, world.
They really are the same.

Will you be leading a crusade, then? How touching. Against the ruler of time, surely you'll find what you were seeking.

Reply
W-watch? N-no, that's not why--! I mean, Vincent seems so upset, Rena wants to know what happened.

Miss Rena must be really curious, then. Like a small cat. I so do like cats.

Vincent... Are you all right? Is there any way I can help?
I'm so sorry....

2. She's sorry for ever doubting him because clearly Vincent is such a kind soul to care for Gil so deeply.]

Are you capable of bringing my brother back, Miss Ada?
Reply
I wish I could say I am, but...
[Let's have an attempt at optimism.]
But like you said, I'm sure he would come back!
Reply
And he's so upset now. Surely whatever he says he'll be entitled to it.]
Yes, I'm sure he will. After all, he is my brother, and I have nothing but faith in him.
