Apparently searching for peace is somehow just that, a search; while their search for eternal life is somehow more divine.
It's pretty ridiculous to say that anybody else has better grounds than anybody else on which decisions should be based. However, I say fuck religion in general, it's the opiate of the masses and has been for millenia. When I do something, it is based upon a logical understanding of morality, not some blind faith, and i think that's more of a miracle than the randomness of those following some book's or church's rules.
Oh yes, and since Buddhism is certainly so ridiculous, I must look out for pagan beliefs such as tarot cards and astrology because these necessarily follow. I must say, I'd love to shake the hand of the excellent scholar that did their research on religions based soley upon their stereotypical misconceptions about hippies.
