(no subject)
I rather like this new live journal look... very reminiscent of myspace somehow. Now, I will not sit here and wax poetic about how I miss lj and how I wish I could keep up blah blah... let's face it. I am a bad internet friend and probably always will be.
But since I am here, I believe a quick update is necessary. However, since Jennifer-Jeff is the only one on my friends page and I just talked to her last night I will only give an update from things she has not heard.
I ran a needle through my finger... yes through my finger. You see, I have recently taken up sewing and while I like it very much, it is quite the dangerous hobby. It didn't go through my nail or anything, just to the side of it. It scared me though but I heal so quickly thanks to my new-found love of health food and my strong constitution of course, it should be healed up in a couple of days. No worries. Also, I cannot find my newest Harry Potter book. When I'm home alone, I like to read outloud in a faux British accent and it really annoys my cat which I find hilarious! Soon I will make dinner... chicken of sorts... maybe with pesto... and carrots and potatoes for sides maybe. Being a sort of house-wifey-ish is fun in ways. Eric is trying to get Friday off since I am off which would be fun but it would also mean not getting anything important done and just sitting by the pool all day. And yes, I am OK with that!
