(no subject)
Taylor and I watched (rewatched, for me) the first Death Note movie last night, and today we watched the second one. I actually enjoyed the way they changed things around. It would have been kinda stale if they had left the plot the same, so the changes really kept me interested. To be honest, if they had stuck to the manga, I'd be really afraid to see who they would've casted for Mello and Near. OH, AND L IS SO GIMPY IN THE MOVIE. It's hilarious. I loved the whole scene at the university with him, Light, and Misa.
Speaking of DN, Becky got one of those eggling things for Easter. We're going to draw black stripes on it before we plant it and then call it Matt, and he will be our baby. Though I bet he won't make it to the replanting stage. We suck at taking care of things.
BECKY, DO YOU REMEMBER HOEDOWN? I happened upon an email about it while looking for something in my sent mail and had a good laugh. Man, we had some brilliant ideas back then, didn't we?
I'm the kind of person who's always doing projects and papers the day before they're due, but, for some reason, I started working on the research I have due Monday. Am I really that bored? Whatever, I'm not complaining. It's not often that I'm voluntarily productive.

[edit]: I normally don't consider buying art, but these are just so cute and cheap and aslkjsdaflgj. I just want to buy a million of them and plaster them EVERYWHERE. Not to mention that this girl is pretty much one of the only artists I respect and look up to and FUCKING HERO WORSHIP. D:
