(no subject)
So we didn't make it to the melodrama.. but we had a good time anyway... we ended up going to a local gallery where they were displaying some of the kimonos used in Memoirs of a Geisha, w/free vino and sushi! Yummee! Over the weekend, Ben and I made it to the beach, read books and people watched. Afterwards, we visited a new wine bar which actually has a South African Pinotage, so we're pretty psyched. We also made it to the Pirates of the Caribbean, but we weren't really into it at all. We did enjoy looking at the locations, as we are heading to Costa Rica in a few weeks! Sunday was an all day cleaning frenzy, it was fabulous...not like it was a pigpen or anything...just that we were able to clean all the nicks and crannies, etc. and it felt wonderful to put our feet up in time for dinner and a game of dominoes.
