c'est vendredi!!!
This week.. well I applied to Borders and Cost Plus. Neither which have contacted me...not to worry..always have a backup! Ben thinks I'm too qualified, but I was actually hoping to work at either of these places to get 'that' experience.. ya know? my fingers have never touched a cash register, etc. Anyway I did alot of errands, etc. just general busy life things. Actually I made an awesome lasagna, that was going to be a vegatable lasagna..but we had some turkey bacon in our fridge, that's been staring at me, whenever I opened it. So I diced some up and it paired well with the Parmesan, Spinach, and Cabernet Marinara Sauce. Anyway today, I signed up with a local temp. agency and pretty much blew them away with my work experience! So that felt awesome!! Only that I had to do a full interview that lasted over an hour, and then a proficiency test a la computers. Word, excel, etc. geez... a breeze! So now home, just had lunch, and am about to watch a French movie w/my man. Tonight, were meeting Stacy and the Meg/Greg duo for drinks! more later....
