Ok, so I really shouldn't be up at 430 in the a.m., buuuut I just spent the last...oh, let's say...hour and a half trying to decide if I wanted a cigarette. And?, you say....here's the deal: I had my oral surgery Monday morning, and, for fear of the dreaded dry sockets, I haven't had a cigarette since the Sunday night before that. well, as someone who had gained a whopping 80 pounds since my high school graduation (I tipped the scales at 250 in college, dropped down to 195, then up to 227, then back down to my consistent weight of 203 for three years is where I'm at today.)

At 6' 4", that's an okay weight. I'm not fat but I'm not thin. I'd like to lose another 10 to 20 pounds. Why? In High School, I could run like a deer, hence the light weight. Being a light-weight is beneficial, hence I sweat much less in the summertime & don't get as tired as easily. So my advice is: enjoy being underweight. It's healthier, it's easier, shopping blows (it really does & it's hard when you're a weird weight & height (36x34 jean size).

There's no need to purposly gain weight just for the sake of it, and hence, it's that much easier on your heart and stamina. I've cut so much fatty foods out of my diet to compliment my old age (27) and reduction in exercise & metabolism. The less you weigh, the less strain on your knees & feet & joints. It's just a good idea to stay thin. And if you need nutrients, pop a vitamin. I do every day.
