I'm going home again Thursday, of course, for Thanksgiving (also known as the day after Ronnie's birthday, also known as Katie's birthday), and I'm beyond excited. Well, that is, if I don't have to have my oral surgery before that, which I think I can convince the surgeon to put off. I mean, it's not like I'm going to die or anything...they're just teeth. My grandmother hasn't cooked Thanksgiving dinner in almost a decade at her house, and it's a long overdue event. PLUS, I think my sister will be home that week! YAY! Needless to say, I don't want to be in pain and not able to eat, or too fucked up on pain pills to know what's going on.
On another note, I was ADRM tonight (asst. dining room manager) and I'm pretty sure I figured out all of the store's problems. Upon knowing that, I've decided to keep it all to myself. If I can figure it out in one night, I'm sure the real managers know what's going on. And knowing that puts me at an advantage. So there. Take that corporate machine!
