"The Show Must Go On" ch 25

I do want to take a moment to thank those who leave reviews and encouragement, even if it's just to say, "Hey I'm here and reading." It always puts a smile on my face to know that someone's willing to take the time to share their thoughts with me and/or to push me to tackle that next chapter!
I'm at that point in the story where I'm trying to feel my way through, and it slows me down. I have a general plot roadmap in my head but I need to see the characters from point to point and not just rush them there. It's always a little harder than I expect to write "filler" that isn't only filler - everything needs to make a point or advance the plot somehow.
