My understanding falls sadly short.
Show me yourself, for I cannot find you;
Let me fall on my knees to praise and exhort.

Look to Jesus, the cross,
The goal, the prize;
There’s no better place
To fix your eyes.

I fall down again and again.
I mess up, give in to sin.
From where I lie, it all looks grim;
All I can do is turn to Him.
