oh the water, oh the water. hope it don't rain all day
Last night on daily my before bedtime stroll the sky got real gray and thunder rumbled a few miles away "a little heat lightning" I thought but in seconds it was pouring sweet water. Every inch of me was drenched. I could smell all the trees and the dirt. I stood still there for a moment and remembered being 9 and the taking showers in the (bathing suit included mind you) it was so dark and rainy I couldn’t seem my body attached to my head and so I let it be...me, my body some where and the rain. When I came home my sweet mother was waiting for me with a towel. What a lady.
Alex kidnapped my good pal Lila Rose earlier this week and I got to see she and jessalyn (who was in Montreal) yesterday. It was a nice reunion with Sasha, Ben and Alex there as well. Then I went to brains and he, Leeann and I all watched the daily show on his large couch in a room that has part of a boat in it. It was a good day.
I have to work today and Monday then I have two whole weeks off. Which is sweet but also it would be nice to have more money to pay off loans and live off of in the winter but two weeks work fee with my sisters will be worth the four hundred I’m missing out on… kind of.
I am on a mission now to make Clare the perfect pancake.
