well , it's monday.  i am sleepy all of a sudden.  anyway, i have the craving for a chicken, spinach, artichoke alfredo flatbread from when i worked at disney.  i don't know where that came from.

i have to go to the dentist on wed for a check up.  i hope everything's ok.
