I'm posting this purely so I can criticize lauren :)
Merry Christmas in advance all! I think I've spoken to you all recently, so you pretty much know what I've been up to. That's right, nothing. I'm still being a jobless bum. But I'm in good company, right Laura? I was in the Brevard area yesterday and today, those of you who promptly left town to avoid me suck (Jennie...) But don't worry, I will be back after Christmas. I got to see Gwen briefly and have lunch with Lindsay. Laura and I had an enjoyable time taking a drive through memory lane and going to find Christmas lights. I even went by Dussich and saw Miss Liz and Miss Carol. The place was exactly the same as the last time I was there 4.5 years ago. (shoutout to my Dussich peep April!) I also went by MCC and saw the massive new school. Remember being told every single year that soon that would all be ours.. riiiight. That's ok, I enjoyed the trailers with the cardboard walls. When we were kids we didn't need any of those fancy "classroom" things.
It doesn't feel like Christmas yet, even though my house is decorated from head to toe. Maybe cause its like 80 degrees. I should get that stupid fake snow spray and do the windows. I could also put the AC on 55. Maybe that would help.
My dad's coming back from Afghanistan on Saturday for Christmas. Yay! I hope he doesn't get stuck in an airport in Kuwait or anything.
