(no subject)
So this past weekend was riveting. Friday was my birthday and birthday party. It was super awesome. I credit Cristina with a fantastic job organizing the whole thing. So Charlotte, Cristina, Derek, Skye, Greg, Meaghan, John, Adam and Sebastian were all present. We had some pool playing going, lots of music going, some crazy manhunt, a half game of truth or dare, and a lot of wall writing/art. (cough cough greg). We had an amazing cake which Cristina made for us all with swirly candles. As far as presents go, I got some very useful gift cards and two lovely mix cds. BUT, Charlotte, being the genius she is, bought me...Blue Man Group tickets. They were for that Sunday. So we went. We of course got food at Wendy's which was delicious. The show was amazing. At the end Charlotte had one of them kiss her hand and I bought a poster which is now hung on the wall above my head in bed.
As for future plans I am considering taking a 5-week summer program at Berklee this summer. It's expensive but i really want to do it and it would get me off my ass over the summer.
Today I ran a 6:55 mile. I shocked the hell out of myself. Since when could I do that? Well yes. This is a pretty concise and synoptic entry, and i do apologize for lack of originality. Next time. Next time.
