Recently my lobe piercings have gotten really pissed off. The backs of my ears became crusty and oozy & eventually bloody. I removed the jewelry I had in and replaced it with some other jewelry. It seems to have come out of nowhere. I'd had the same jewelry in for months and kept them clean. I am suspecting it's something to do with the o-rings since it was just the backs of my ears that were affected. I've heard of people being allergic to o-rings but I don't know anyone who is. The o-rings I had in were the typical black ones that come with BAF jewelry. I am currently wearing circular barbells so it isn't an issue. What would one replace the black o-rings with so I can put my plugs back in?
