disclaimer: this.. may not be appropriate for this community however, i think i've sort of exhausted my resources when it comes to this problem. if it is inappropriate, please feel free to remove.
has anyone ever had any problems with anotherhole.com?
i'd never ordered from there before but always heard good things.. over a month ago my boyfriend ordered ONE pair of earrings to be shipped to me, and i still haven't received them. i've emailed the address listed on their site to inquire about it and still haven't heard anything back, and that was over two weeks ago. they most definitely took the money out of his account, and i've got two emails.. one confirmation that the order was placed, and another that it was shipped. neither of which include a tracking number.
the reason i'm asking here..
i looked on their IAM page and apparently the guy says his wife is more or less running it by herself now..and even that page doesn't appear to be active anymore, so i don't know that attempting to contact them in that fashion would even do any good. i did send an IM though, over a week ago, to no response yet. my boyfriend has also e-mailed the address listed for such queries on the site.. again, over a week ago, to no response.
if ANYONE knows of a way to contact the sellers/owners of this site, please leave a comment here or feel free to email me at little.ghouls@gmail.com .. any help is greatly appreciated! thanks in advance.
