Things are not getting better.
This stomach upset, err, umm, let's call a spade a spade, diarrhea is not improving. My stomach was in so much pain that I got about 3 hours of sleep last night. I had to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. Things are not any better through the morning and so far this afternoon, despite various and sundry medicines.
I have been remembering to drink water occasionally. Dehydration can be a major pitfall under the current situation.
So as not to just sit around and moan and groan, I upgraded my primary Linux box to Slackware 10. I had a lot of fun trying to configure the GNOME/ESD sound drivers so that UI events triggered sounds properly. I built the latest version of gaim and have it running on MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, and AIM, so if you want to drop me a line, you know where to find me.
