SSDD
Same shit different day. That was my motto for the last 6 days. Shawn has been scheduling me 6 days on 2 days off. So since 12-23 I have worked that way and I am scheduled that way currently. 23rd through 28th I worked, had off 29th and 30th, worked 31st through 5th, had off 6th and 7th (tomorrow), work 8th through 13th, have off 14th and 15th, work 16th through 18th (at least, since the schedule is only for that much. Enough of that bullshit.
Had a good day off today. Spent time painting the facet to the pool house. Went to Remington's and had a 24oz. steak. Went to work to pick up my $767 paycheck (I worked a shit load during the holidays). I hate taxes. I lost $160+ to taxes on this check. Whatever.
I will spend tomorrow morning with my Mom. I am going to cash my check and then go to the VA to deal with some paperwork for death benefits or something like that for my Mom. I am planning on having a nice evening out with Megan.
I am looking toward taking a week long vacation sometime this summer. I might fly out to Vegas for a few days and then out to somewhere in Cali. (I need to talk to Nikki. I will call you in the next two days.) I need to look into this vacation more. I also am planning on buying a Toyota Prius in the next month or two.
