CALLING ALL CREATIVE TYPES!
Listen, I ahven't been around much lately but this is pretty great so I wanted to share it a.s.a.p.
A pal sent me THIS LINK to an intro video for HitRECord. It's a production website created by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Basically, you can create almost anything and upload it to the site. Other users (including Gordon-Levitt's production house) can then modify it into a new work. If it gets monetized, you get paid a (fair) percentage. You can create, remix, or just lurk, and there are REALLY COOL CHALLENGES you can participate in. There's something there for everyone: writers, illustrators, musicians, designers, editors, photographers, video artists, animators, etc.
