My LJ has been added to a 'no repost' list on the offending journal since I last posted about this. Also, my scraped entries have been removed, so the maintainer might actually be taking the fanworks creator backlash seriously. However, if you have any doubts about theft - fanworks or otherwise - follow the advice below. No one should feel hesitant

Secondly, why should anyone censor their tags on THEIR blog in order to avoid dealing with someone like you who would just find a way around that to get what they want. That's like saying: stop wearing the colour red to avoid being raped. That's ridiculous.
The sad part is if you'd just contacted the bloggers first and asked for permission to repost their fan fiction entries (NOT their personal entries that happen to have a fanfic tag on them), many would've given their permission. It's your lack of respect that has caused the issue here.
