This one was snatched from vegawriters...

Comment to this post with a colour. I will ask you a series of questions (the "getting to know you" type) which you will answer and post on your own blog with this explanation. Thus perpetuating zee memage...

Here are Vega's questions answered:

What is one thing you'd change about the world if you could?
It would probably gum up the works of civilization terribly but I'd make snap decisions impossible. Everyone would have 24 hours to consider their 'final decision' on something. I'm sure that a lot less people would win Darwin Awards etc. as a result.

What is one thing you'd change about yourself?
Oh jeez. I'm spotty and short and I have a bad temper - any one of those I'd like to fix.

Who is your hero?
I honestly don't think that I have one. When I was younger it was V from V for Vendetta, but he's fictional so I don't think that counts. In general, I'm not fond of heroes - I don't believe in that level of perfection. Everyone litters or hates their cousin or surfs for internet porn - no one is impervious to taint. I'm also not a fan of meeting one's heroes or the objects of obsessional devotion: they invariably disappoint you.

Who in history would you like to have over for a dinner party?
Oscar Wilde, Salvador Dali, Jane Austen, David Bowie, Dorothy Parker, the Gube, my friend JRL, and my maternal grandmother. THAT would be a lively room!

What is your favorite book?
One of the few books that I enjoy re-reading is Pride and Prejudice. I'm not sure if it's my favorite but I always find something new in it. A recent favorite was The Gargoyle by Andrew Davidson. It sorta blew my tiny mind.
