OooohhhhHhHhHHHHHhhhhh! *NEW* TV is coming!
**HERE BE SPOILERS, POSSUMS!!! Though, in all honesty, if you don't know what happen last season on these shows, you're probably not really a fan in the first place.**
Here is a ridiculously cut Castle promo (Sept 19th, darlings!).
EVERYONE agrees that this is a stupid show that had a stupidly incongruous season finale last May. And yet... and yet... sooooooooooo many people watch it (I see you Ryan/Esposito lovers)! I love it for one (maybe two reasons): Nathan Fillion (and his no-it-can't-EVER-happen-but-I-like-the-relationship-tension with Beckett). If the writers fuck with this dynamic, I'll be nasty to them when they come by for tea. Unlike other famous unrequited TV partner relationships (I'm thinking of Mulder & Scully here because I am rewatching The X Files right now and lovin' it!), Castle and Beckett need to remain unrequited. The whole thing will fall apart if they get together. You'll see.
In other news, I saw a promo for this season's opener for Supernatural. Do I give a shit anymore about the Winchester boys? I'm not sure. It's amazing how one bad season has totally changed my opinion of that show...
Since when has Cas been spelled with 2 "ss"???? CW, you suck!
Okay, then there's my other favorite brain scrub, Bones, which also took a plot left turn last May to every one's dismay. Okay, so a cast member got pregnant, fo' realz, that's been dealt with before without fucking with a show's chi... jeez....
Hurm.
Anyway, there ARE things to look forward to. TIFF is coming so that means a flood of awesome movies will follow shortly. This trailer is for reynardin who is really excited about this one and with good reason. Sept. 16th, possum!!!
