Ok, I've been having internet problems over the last few weeks. Random disconnects. 6 support calls and they're no closer to figuring it out.. it's the bleedin' home hub (I know, I switched it with my friend's and all the problems went away). Propietary piece of poo!
First chance I get I'm ditching BT because their support consists of a group of people, telling me to either switch my internet filter, power-cycle my router or turn off my firewall in very broken English.
And to top it off, I'm getting packet loss something awful tonight...
End of rant.
