OOC: Caritas heads up this week
Out of necessity due to availability and plot issues this week, three out of the five weeknight Caritas posts were going to be covered by bartenders doing different shifts than normal (well, two of them would, plus Sam Carter tonight).
As I was trying to organize the schedule for this week, conversations with the people helping me out made it clear that using some non-employee characters could make a certain amount of sense for a one-shot each. At the very least, it could be fun. Considering how many nights were going to have to be covered anyway, I said screw it. All of the bartenders during the week will be people who haven't worked at Caritas before and probably won't again. It's an impromptu theme week. The bartender schedule will return to normal this weekend.
