Set...pray, is it too soon to apologize for rash actions? I didn't intend to act so foolishly. My deepest apologies, dear heart.  We can watch whatever blood-filled gore-fest of a film you wish if you wished to come over.

ic, acting like a kicked puppy, set

A used car
Is never as good as
A new car.
At least that's
What everyone says...

Cars are relevant? Darling, I think you're confused again.

You never know
Who sat in that seat,
Who pushed that pedal,
Or if they cared for it
Like you would.

There's a growing notion that cars are not the true center of this discussion. Might I suggest a more relevant topic of poetic musing?

One owner,
Two, or more?
...But doesn't a used car
Deserve a warm dry home
And a safe, caring driver
Just like a new
Car?

Cars are objects. I am not. The comparison is faulty, but I thank you for the thought.

...so I decide on this,
So new looking, shining
Black, sleek, comfy,
Beautiful, and even a bit sporty.
Perfect for me.
I would never had known
That she had 3793 miles on her,
If she hadn't told me.

...

Even if comparatively I were a car, there would not be such an abundence of use. Why are levels of comfort being mentioned?

When I ease myself in
Feeling her soft skin
Pushing and pulling
Pedals and levers
She moves me... to where I want to go,
And does it oh so well.
Mmmm... my first "new" car...
but... I'm not her first driver.
Does it bother me?

I'm bothered enough for both of us. Kindly cease such...crude perversions of poetry.

no,
Because Father took her into the shop
Worked on her, cleaned her out,
Reoiled, retuned, refreshed, recharged
Everything dirty or touched,
Made her perfect once again,
...perfect for me.

[[Congratulations! You've just been de-flowered! <3]]

Why are cars always referred to as female?

[ooc: I do believe you scarred the boy.]
