I made a big pot of chili earlier. I sort of got creative, which usually spells disaster for me when it comes to cooking, but it smells wonderful as it simmers in the crock pot. I hope it's edible because if it's not I'm going to be very disappointed. If it's good I'm going to have enough chili to last a month. Thankfully I can freeze it.
I feels weird to be making chili when it's 60 degrees outside, but I can't help it that we've got this crazy weather.
