Water.
It's good for you. We all know that.
It hydrates your body and helps "flush out" all the stuff your body doesn't want/need.
BUT... it's also an exercise stimulator!
I have been doing good and drinking my 64 ounces a day for a few days now and have discovered this. Every 45 minutes or so I am forced to remove my big butt from the desk chair and take a walk. The intensity of the walk varies from a leisurely stroll to a power walk, depending on how long since the last trek.
