Dilemma
So Eastern had this spring dance performance this year that I really wanted to do, but one of the performances was on the night of the dance recital - it was that Friday and Saturday. And since I had already told Bev I'd do the recital, I couldn't do this thing with EMU. Well, EMU is doing the same thing again next year, and it looks like it's gonna be on the same days - that Friday and Saturday, around the same time the recital usually is. It's Bev's 50th recital....I don't want to miss it. But this thing at Eastern will look so much better on a resume than x amount of dance recitals....And I don't even know if I'll for sure get in this thing with Eastern - I would have this year. And I was debating between the two, but then I chose the recital b/c I had already promised Bev and it was too late to back out. But I haven't told her yes or no for this year yet....What should I do?

I haven't died from boredom...yet
So I'm in Traverse City for SPGN 461. It isn't too bad. The class isn't that much work at all. I wasn't planning on having a lot of free time, so I'm kinda mad about this. I'm in the library and these guys are outside cleaning the windows. It's mesmorizing (sp), lol. Anyway, I've had tons of free time. I was able to get online yesterday for about 20 minutes before the library closed. I've been here for about an hour today.
We're going to the sand dunes for class tomorrow, then to the lighthouse at the end of the peninsula the next day. We were supposed to end with presnetations on Friday, but we decided today to meet Thursday evening and give them then. I think I lucked out with this class.
