I'm updating, can you believe it!!??
I got a job!
For the fall semester I will be a tutor through the Holeman Learning Center on campus at emu - and I'll be getting paid for it! :) I'm happy. I had an interview this morning. I was figuring out what to wear last night when we lost power. That was fun. But I got the job!!
So I just found out that L.A. is getting it's own production of Wicked. I guess when the tour went through there it sold out for all 5 weeks or whatever it was that it was there. Now Detroit just needs to get its own production and I'll be all set!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed....
I have a nice tan/burn from yesterday and the day before. I was in Luna Pier hanging out with Kim and a few other people. It was a lot of fun. I think the part of me that is burnt will turn into a tan because it doesn't seem that bad.
I got new running shoes on Friday. That made my day! haha, it really did. I haven't had the chance to wear them yet though. Maybe on Thursday.
Wyandotte's art fair was last week. I of course went everyday - it's so convenient. I wasn't planning on going everyday but it just kinda happened. And all I got aside from food and hawaiin ice was a necklace. I was good this year. My mom told me I wasn't allowed to get any more art. haha. Ann Arbor's art fair is sometime this week. I've never been. I think I was gonna go last year, but that for whatever reason did not work out. My mom was talking about going this year, so we'll see what happens.
Oh yeah, I went to Mongolian BBQ for the first time the other day with Kim. Our waitress was actually a girl who I went to grade school with and used to be real good friends with. It was nice to see her after...7 years I think. Wow. I feel old. haha. But I liked the food and will probably go back.
Well I think that's good enough of have update for now. Real quick, if you haven't seen Pirates 2 or the Prada one, go see them because they're very good!!
