Jujitsu vs. Ninjitsu

It’s been a while since the last time I actually sat down and wrote a journal entry of any true worth. Upon reflecting on the current state of my life, I’ve decided things are better and will continue to get so. Classes can be passed--not neccesarily all of them--and Academic Probation is a much favorable alternative to giving up all together and failing everything. Thanks to Jay--who doubtless will never read this sentence--for helping me acknowledge this as the set of choices I must make.

Tuesday was my last day of work as I was fired before coming into work on Friday. Ha! Suckers, I was going to quit anyway, I just wanted to finish out the pay period. No drawn out awkward confrontation now. I (used to) work at Asian Creations in the Atrium at Ball State--a fast food asian type place. As I was serving food on Tuesday I handed some guy a fortune cookie packet that--due to some factory error or oversight--contained two fortune cookies as opposed to just one. Now in the perfect world in which I am a bajillionaire, in which my girlfriend took me with her on her London Exploits, and Video Games exist as a stable and widely-available career those two fortune cookies contained the following messages.

1.) You will live a long and prosperous life.

2.) You will die tomorrow, poor and alone.

I shall almost miss my work as in the long monotony my brain habitually vomited up the most random of ideas. Too bad none of them were in anyway useful. In other news I am about to submit my application to Ludo’s School of Ninjas.

And in closing I must remind you that panicking is only permissible when done so in a calm and organized fashion.
