back from vacation
O.C. was a lot of fun. I spent a lot of time lounging on the beach (although I think we spent more time at Seacrets than at the beach) The tubes at Seacrets were a lot of fun. The waitresses come to you in the water and you can fit everybody on these big tubes. Their food is really good too and they have live bands and DJ's at night. We also went mini golfing and went to the boardwalk to get ice cream and Henna Tattoos. I got a star tattoo on my foot. We went to a Comedy Club the last night that we were there. It wasn't that good. The comedians were just ragging on the audience for the most part and it didn't seem like they really had a script ready. There was a lot of dead spots too because they didn't like how there wasn't a lot of laughter. So they just stared at us and commented on how we didn't think they were funny. We decided to stay an extra day because we were having a lot of fun. I would have preferred not going to the bar as much as we did because there were a lot of other things I would have liked to do like ocean kayaking and jet skiing. but I can do that next time. I bitched to the hotel people about how our room had ants and that I was scorched in the shower and so after much debate I got 75 bucks off of our bill. There were so many things wrong with that hotel....I'm not going back there. It was called the Princess Bayside. Next time we would like to rent a house for a week on the beach side. With more people it will be the same or less than staying at a hotel and we'll have better access to the beach and will be able to save more money by cooking our own meals and not going out every day.
