We just found out today that we got approved for the house and we are getting the appraisal done this week. All that's left is giving notice with Colebrook apartments that we're OUTA HERE!! and settlement. I'm SO excited. I have so many decorating ideas for the house. It will just be nice to have our own space without having to worry about neighbors above us and next to us. We can have parties without bothering anybody. I can leave my laundry in the dryer for as long as I want without getting rude notices about it. I can DO laundry at 2am if I want! We can grill again and have our own offices. I won't have to tape pipes together anymore or call about the broken toilet every month and then get rude notices about that because they think it's our fault that their plumbing sucks. and (as far as I know) NO MORE BUGS!!! :) That's the BEST part of all!
