Motherly Woes

 So I have been thinking a lot, which isn't always good. But, mainly it had become more persistent after a conversation with William. He had said, completely lovingly and innocently, "I can't wait to get home and see my beautiful girlfriend and my beautiful daughter ." You're right. Of course he wouldn't take it that way and it's understandable, but that's just the way it is. And you know, sometimes it's better to grow up without a father figure than with one who doesn't care. Harlee is going to be a strong girl, just like her mom. :) as long as she has you supporting her, she doesn't need a douche bag father. And even so, if/when you and will get married, he's not the kind of guy to not treat her with just as much love as his biological daughter. And harlee is too amazing of a girl for him not to love her. Your worries are understandable and extremely valid, but at the end of the day, Travis is just going to be the asshole that never knew how amazing of a daughter he had and she likely will never know the difference. She didn't grow up with him, she won't know that she's missing out on nothing ;)
I personally grew up with 2 "dads" and being that neither of them cared, Idk what I missed out on with a dad that did. I guess im not exactly the person to go to on whether or not she is missing out, but I'd rather have just never had a father at all.
