wow I am very lazy/slow
I realize that it's been over a week and I still haven't posted any of my zoo photos, but after editing all 347 and whittling them down I still have somewhere along the lines of 230+ photos left so I obviously need to figure out which of my couple hundred shit photos are still worth posting along with my very few actually reasonably palatable ones.
BUT ANYWAY, HERE'S A PREVIEW (of one of the better photos, obvs).
I have also decided that apart from that 50mm f/1.4 lens that I want to replace my kit lens with, I definitely need a lens hood and some extra cheapo UV filters or something, because it's a matter of time before I inevitably do irreparable damage to my $600+ 100mm macro lens with the way I haul it around all clumsy-like. D: Honestly I'm surprised I haven't dropped the damned thing and broken it along with my foot.
At some point I need to reread my camera manual and go learn more because I'm such a dumbass at taking pictures.
Also I cleaned my fish tank today and Harley totally made a attempted-suicide jump out of the bucket I put them all in while elbow-deep in aquarium water. She and Quinn like to take turns doing that, apparently. Joker!Fish has just never been quite as healthy/athletic as the two of them and therefore cannot try killing himself. Thankfully, good ol' Guildenstern is still just way too small, but I imagine he's not that much smarter than the rest of them either.
