SO I READ WATCHMEN.

I'm glad we didn't wind up going to see the movie this past weekend, so that I can have some more time to digest the comic's contents first. Hmmmmm.

Not sure what to say about it, but one thing is for certain. I wanted to try to avoid getting sucked into the great vortex of fandom love that apparently exists for Rorschach, andddd I guess I failed. :D" I'm not shitting my pants over him exactly, but he is very compelling.

Also, I was aware of the way the story jumps back and forth so I was bracing myself for a confusing read but the story isn't hard to follow, although sometimes the speech bubbles confused me lolol. I actually really love how the storytelling is done. Mmmm such delicious use of those regular, squarish panels. Somehow, they all kind of seemed like movie stills, and yet... well, we'll see how they did with the movie. I'm curious about what parts they decided to leave out.

ANYWAY, I DUNNO WHAT ELSE TO SAY ABOUT IT AHHH. There's a lot that could be said D: Anybody want to talk to me about it? Comment/Email/IM/whatever. :D

In other news, today I got one of those missed delivery slips. I've been wracking my brains for the whole day trying to figure out what the hell it could possibly be, because I'm not expecting any packages that I know of. Unless my memory is doing weird things to me D:

OH AND I'VE BEEN PLAYING SUDOKU ON MY DS AGAIN. I only just started on the "advanced" ones on Brain Age 2, but... idk, is it just me, or is 17 minutes on the first puzzle a bit slow to be considered "rocket speed"? D: I'm also stuck in Big Bang Mini. I AM OVERWHELMED BY PARIS. /o\

I want to eat something. I nabbed some of the aunt's popcorn, and yet... want something else. HMM.
