I shoved my finger up my nose by accident while washing my face.
Many random things to update about. :D
1.) Thanks to everyone who wished me luck on my interview! ♥ It went over surprisingly well, I think. There's a lot of stuff I wish I had said/done but I wound up not saying/doing, but considering how my head blanks out and my hands are shaking and my voice is shaking/croaking/cracking when I'm nervous, I did alright for myself. :D" I'm competing with two other people for the position, so we'll see what happens. :x
2.) Yoshida Brothers concert on Sunday was awesome! :D Wonderful music. They're totally into it when playing, fo srsly. We got wrist cramps watching them. Mmhmm. Also, their English isn't bad when they talked. Well, I think Kenichi spoke a bit better than Ryoichiro. They're adorable in any case, and Kenichi seems to have an obsessive compulsive need to wipe off his shamisen whenever he's not playing. My theory is that he has sweaty hands.
Between me and myreasoninlife, we now own all their albums, including the new not-quite-released-yet Best of Yoshida Brothers album. *__*
Oh, and meeting Dickson/Dixon/however-the-hell-you-spell-his-name, amazing friend of Annie, was also great. :D FUN TIMES WERE HAD. There was porn lolol. We stopped by Baskin Robbins to get ice cream after the show before heading back to Union Station to catch a subway home. I got this Citrus Twist Ice thing, which is pretty much a lime sorbet, and it was delicious. So delicious, that the two kids kept mooching off of me. D:
But yeah. Fun times. :D
3.) My internet is starting to be a douche again. Very frustrating. Actually, as we speak, I think it decided to go off to be a douche again. It's making commenting/checking anything very, very difficult.
4.) I love how the one The World Ends with You icon I have is based on a cap from Zero Punctuation's (expectedly scathing) review of it.
5.) This should probably go under point #2 since it happened on the same day, but 5 is my lucky number and this point is of great importance in any case. I FINALLY HAVE DR. MCNINJA VOLUME 1. It has taken... so many months that I have actually lost track, for me to finally get the comic book from Annie. I need to take a picture of the inside cover because the artist drew part of my request for a picture of Dr. McNinja and Batman. ♥ Squee. :D
The other part of my request involved them riding on raptors together (it makes sense in context, I swear), but I figured I was pushing it so I'm pleased anyway.
