Some new projects are to be implemented in 2011. Before the New Year Eve, in some hours earlier, the new investment project has been signed in the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The world leading high class hotel under the brand “Ritz Carlton” in the area of old Batumi will be constructed by 2015. The construction of the hotel, with 50 floors, modern architecture, 200 meters high, is to begin in May, 2011 and will finish in 2015. The hotel will offer 350 rooms, entertainment objects and shops.
According to investment contract, 1000 jobs will be created out of which 90% Georgians.
Т.е. строительство Ritz Carlton закончится в 2015 году. Высота здании будет 200 метров. В нем будет 350 номеров + шоу залов, конференц залов и т.д. На строительство здании будут работать 1000 рабочих и по контракту 90% из них будут грузины.
