Yay, my computer's fixed!!

In desperation, I called my brother. We tried a few things, then he discovered I have Windows Vista. He didn't know what to tell me, so he suggested I turn off the computer, then turn it back on. It worked!!

I've never appreciated the backspace key so much!!
